1. About Youth Borough
Youth Borough is a UK-based Community Interest Company (CIC) providing resources, community access, events and mentoring to young people aged 16–25 interested in entrepreneurship, creativity and self-employment.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to join Youth Borough.

• If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use our services.

• By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Membership Types
Youth Borough offers both free and paid memberships.
Free Membership
Includes access to selected community areas, public resources, and communications such as the Borough Mag email.

Paid Membership
Includes additional benefits such as mentoring sessions, exclusive content, events and discounts, as outlined at the time of purchase.
Membership benefits may change or evolve as the platform develops.

4. Payments, Billing and Cancellations

• Paid memberships are billed monthly unless stated otherwise.

• Prices are displayedനി

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services.

• Youth Borough reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Mentoring and Advice Disclaimer

• Any mentoring, advice or information provided by Youth Borough is for general guidance only.

• We do not provide legal, financial or professional advice.

• You remain fully responsible for decisions made based on information shared.

6. Community Conduct
To keep Youth Borough safe, inclusive and supportive, members must:

• Treat others with respect

• Avoid hate speech, bullying, harassment or discrimination

• Not share illegal, misleading or harmful content

• Not promote scams or unethical practices

Youth Borough reserves the right to remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that breach these standards.

7. Under-18 Safeguarding
We are committed to safeguarding young people.

• Community spaces are moderated

• Private messaging may be restricted

• Any safeguarding concerns will be acted upon

Serious breaches may be reported to relevant authorities where required.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Youth Borough website and platforms, including text, branding, logos and resources, is owned by Youth Borough unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce or distribute content without permission.

9. User-Generated Content
By posting content within Youth Borough, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use, display and share that content for community or promotional purposes.
You remain responsible for the content you post.

10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these terms

• You misuse the platform

• Your behaviour poses risk to others or the community

This decision is at our discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability
Youth Borough is provided on an "as is" basis.
